When Can I Sign Up?

Whenever you want! Every Strong AF training cycle starts from day 1, whenever you do, so any time is the right time.

What Equipment do I Need? ?

Our Strong AF Programming requires access to weights and bands. Dumbbells or Kettlebells are sufficient and a few options for booty bands and long bands are always helpful. Need more help deciding what weights to buy? Drop us a line!

For Semi-Private, do I Need to Bring My Own Friends?

Semi-Private availability is based on how many people are in the program. There is a better chance of you having a spot if you bring a buddy, but it’s not necessary!

What Happens if I Get Injured or Fall Behind?

There is NO shame in needing to take time off or switch up programming! If you develop an injury or any limitation, let us know immediately so we can switch up or pause your programming to better suit your needs. If you fall behind in your workouts, don’t worry about it! Just let us know and we can modify your schedule.

What is the Strong AF Cancellation Policy?

We strongly suggest you stick with your program for at least 3 months, but we know things come up in life so you are able to cancel whenever you like. As for refunds, we are not able to refund any money once the month gets underway.
