At Thrive Together Movement, we believe that strength and conditioning training is an opportunity for self-discovery and self-compassion that should be equally available to ALL. We are dedicated to creating a space where all bodies are honored and celebrated, embracing everyone’s unique abilities while saying a big f*ck you to anyone who tells us we aren’t enough. We are enough, and we are here to get Strong AF on our own terms (preferably with a good book on hand.)

TTM is an in home and virtual studio based in Brooklyn, NY. We are founded by Coach Meg Hopkins who honestly she cannot fathom where the fitness world (aka one specific subset of society that has ample time, money, socially-approved genetics, and no chronic conditions) finds the AUDACITY to tell us how we should look, workout, think, and feel.

    FOUNDER/CEO

    I am a body-inclusive certified strength coach who knows firsthand the positive impact that exercise can have on mental health, only when diet culture is tossed out the window.

    Thrive Together Movement is my way of creating space in the fitness world for all. It’s my job to get you Strong AF in a way that works best for you and your unique body. In an industry that so often tells us we’re both too much and not enough, I’m here to encourage you to drown out the noise with the sound of you crushing your goals in your own time.

    My Certifications: personal training (ACE), trauma-informed (MFT1), Kettlebell Certified (RKC), DVRT Certified, Pre/Postnatal Certified (PROnatal), Original Strength Certified (OS).
