Not only is Meg a badass trainer that knows her stuff, but also she has been an incredible resource for intuitive eating, body image, and social (in)justice. Unlike other gym classes or workouts with trainers, her workouts are customized and challenging, and I don’t feel pressured to always do the hardest option with the heaviest weights.
